This Refund Policy applies to annual subscriptions purchased for Doc Merge Studio, a Windows application provided by Conus Enterprises LLC.
1. Try Before You Subscribe
Doc Merge Studio provides a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the software before purchasing. No credit card is required to begin the trial, and starting the trial alone does not trigger a payment.
2. Subscription Payments
The standard subscription is $29.99 per year, plus any applicable taxes displayed at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew annually unless canceled before the renewal date.
Due to the digital nature of the software and the availability of a free trial, all subscription payments are final and nonrefundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not ordinarily provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time.
3. Canceling Your Subscription
You can stop future subscription renewals at any time. To cancel online, send this preformatted cancellation email to support@conusent.com, or use any cancellation option provided with your subscription account or billing communications.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund past charges. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, access continues through the end of your current paid subscription period. Deleting the application does not stop billing.
4. Incorrect or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or billed without authorization, email support@conusent.com. Include the email address associated with your subscription, the charge date, and a short description. Do not send full card numbers or account passwords.
We will review the payment record and correct verified billing errors as appropriate. Any refunds required by applicable law will be provided. When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.
5. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law. This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
