Where can I download Doc Merge Studio?
The official installer will appear on our Pricing & Download page once the public release is ready. For now, the installer is not available to the public.
What computers are supported?
Doc Merge Studio is a Windows desktop application. Exact supported Windows versions and minimum system requirements will be published before release. A macOS version is not part of the initial launch.
What should I do if the app won't open?
First, make sure you're using an official installer, then restart the app and your PC. If the issue continues, email support@conusent.com with your Windows version, the app version (if visible), and the exact error message. Don't bypass unexpected security warnings to force installation.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Doc Merge Studio offers a 14-day trial without requiring credit card information.
What happens when my trial ends?
To continue using the software after your trial, you'll need an active subscription. The annual plan is $29.99. You won't be automatically charged just for starting a no-card trial.
What if I can't sign in?
Double-check the email address used for your account and your internet connection, then try again. If you still can't access the app, email support@conusent.com from your account email when possible. Never include your password in a support message.

How do I create a reusable document template?
Start in Fields by adding the information you need. Move to Template Builder to write and format the document and insert merge fields. Use Preview to review the populated result. Our How It Works guide walks through the complete process.
Can I make a field into a dropdown menu?
Yes. Enter the possible values for your field in the Fields tab, then use Template Builder to turn that field into a dropdown. When you reuse the template, choose from your saved options rather than typing the same information repeatedly.
Which export formats are available?
Doc Merge Studio supports exporting completed documents as Microsoft Word, PDF, or HTML. Check the Preview before exporting to make sure all fields contain the values you intended.
Can I reuse a project without starting again?
Yes. Save your project so you can reopen its fields and template for future work. Save your changes regularly to help avoid losing edits.
What if an exported document doesn't look right?
Review the formatting in Template Builder, confirm the field values in Preview, then export again. If an issue persists, let us know the export format, what you expected, and what happened. Avoid sending sensitive documents unless you've removed confidential information.

How much is Doc Merge Studio?
After the 14-day free trial, the subscription is $29.99 per year. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout once live purchases are enabled.
Can I subscribe now?
Not yet. The live Stripe checkout link is still being prepared for public launch. Its availability will be updated on the Pricing & Download page.
How do I get help with a payment, cancellation or renewal?
Please contact support@conusent.com and mention that your question relates to Doc Merge Studio billing. Published cancellation and renewal instructions will be added before live checkout begins.
